Powering APM 2.5 using Power Module

I am using APM 2.5 for a Plane in puller configuration with standard control surfaces.
I have one power source 8400 Lipo and Power module. But when connect and try to move the control surfaces or throttle through RC, they do not move.

@suhayl101,
The PM should only be used to supply power to the APM, receiver, and telemetry radio.
If you have jumper J1 removed, the PM is not connected to the APM servo output bus power rail which is the way it should be: http://plane.ardupilot.com/wiki/common-apm25-and-26-overview/#Powering_the_APM_2526_Board
Since you seem to be using a brushless motor for propulsion, the brushless motor ESC should be connected to the APM throttle servo output and the BEC in the ESC should be supplying power to the APM servo output bus power rail. This in turn should be supplying power to the servos controlling the ailerons, rudder and elevator.
If you are not using a brushless motor for propulsion, then you will need a BEC that can be powered off of the same LiPo powering the PM. The output of that BEC will power the APM servo output bus power rail when connected to it and perform the same as the BEC in an ESC.
