I am having various logging issues with my IRIS, this one seems to be an issue with APM Planner for Mac.
Am I doing this right? Should Win MP and Mac APM Planner both be able to open .bin logs?
Troubleshooting info:
I tried two different log.bin files ( attached ) from the SDCard directly.
Windows Mission Planner has no problem with them.
However APM Planner for Mac displays gibberish on both of them.
SDcard:/APM/LOGS/1.bin and 2.bin are attached below.
IRIS Stock with no camera
Mac OSX 10.8.5
APM Planner 2.0.7 for Mac
Mission Planner 1.2.98 for Windows 7 running in a parallels ver 9 VM
SD Card Kingston 4GB micro SDHC that came with the IRIS.

Actually I’m not trying to download them, I copied them off of the SDcard to my hard drive.
The issue is that MP can read the file, but APM P 2.0 cannot, it just displays gibberish.
Is APM P 2.0 not capable of reading the .bin files? Or is something broken?
