Possibility to use Cubepilot Herelink Ground Controller Unit as Base station for RTK

I want to develop a rover with high precision. For this purpose, I’m using Here3+ GNSS Receiver with the rover for positioning. I’m also using the cubepilot herelink remote controller unit.

I want to know about the possibility to use the cubepilot herelink remote controller unit as RTK base station through which the here3+ receiver can do navigation corrections.
