Possibility to control altitude with the remote in follow mode

Hello, for a special use, i will need to control manually the copter altitude with the remote control in Follow mode.
Is there a custom follow, follow me or guided mode existing that can accept this manually control?

No, you will need to change the follow me flight mode to add that feature.
