Position of RTK Here+ GNSS-module relative to Pixhawk 2.1?

Hi,

I have a working hexacopter with Pixhawk 2.1 with RTK Here+ GNSS-setup. When thinking about that centimeter-precision I am wondering if there is a way to tell the Pixhawk where the module is mounted. Like when using DJI Naza-M where XYZ is measured and valued entered in DJI Assistant. The camera is even longer away from the GNSS-module.
