Can’t seem to find PosHold in Mission Planner 1.3.10 build 1.1.5369.11976 - am I doing something wrong?

I have a problem engaging poshold with a pixhawk v3.2.1 . in that it shows up in mission planers mode configuration dropdown box .but flight data indicates that it remains in stabilize (flight confirms this)
armed /dis armed makes no difference?
I am familiar with APM v3 and have no problems whith pos hold
Any ideas
