PM02D power module with Holybro Pixhawk 6x

Hello,
I have Holybro Pixhawk 6X flashed with ArduPlane V4.3.5
Everything seem to works fine so far except battery monitoring through the PM02D power module from Holybro with i connect with mission planner.
I have set the parameters as explained by holybro (Power Module Setup - Holybro Docs)
BATT_MONITOR = 21
BATT_I2C_BUS = 1
BATT_I2C_ADDR = 65

The problem is I am getting 10V in mission planner while the original battery voltage is 13.85V.

Can anyone help me in solving this problem?

Just checking the obvious things, but is it plugged into Power1 port?

It is plugged in Power1. The power module is not sensing the Voltage and Current. I then changed the power module to other PM02D and its working fine now.
