Please help IN INDIA 31 Jan is last date to register your UAV's

INDIAN Government made regulations for UAVs registration and flight permission (no permission no fly)
First we have to register our drone on digital sky government platform
According to size of drone
1 nano (below 250 grams)
2. Micro (250 grams to upto 2kg)
3 small (above 2kg)

We need flight controller serial no and ground control station serial no. for registration
I am using pixhawk 2.4.8 flight controller and mission planner as CGS .
in mission planner I am not able to understand serial no .
As in configuration I found gcs id (by default 255) .
Is this gcs id 255 = serial no ?
Or build no 1.3.7277.34800 = serial no ?
Or where should I found GCS serial no ?
And please where should I found serial no on pixhawk controller
Thanks in advance

Have you read this.?

For GCS serial no:, I think, they mean s/n on the transmitter.
2.4.8 pixhawk (clone), I don’t know. But when connected to Mission Planner, look in the messages Tab.
For me (it is a 216 gms build) , I used the s/no: on the box of the FC (KakuteF7) & the no:on the Tx (fly sky)
