Plane not flying at correct height

Good Day, I have the following problem.
My setup: Fixed wing plane with Nitro motor, Pixhawk orange cube FC, Mission planner Arduplilot.

When flying an auto mission, my plane does not want to remain at 75m, it keeps on coming down. I have enough engine power, when I go to manual it climbs fast.

Also in RTL it keeps on dropping altitude, and the RTL height is set at 100m

In auto mode I did 3 different flights, one with ALT set at 75m “Relative” for all waypoints, second flight with ALT set at 75m “Absolute” for all waypoints, third flight with ALT set at 75m “Terrain” for all waypoints, in all 3 cases it drops Altitude to the point that I must manually take over to recover.

Currently I do not have an airspeed sensor connected, in AUTO and RTL the throttle opens full.

Any suggestion where I should look for the problem.

What is your arduplane version? 3.4 is horribly outdated.
Nobody can help you without logs.
