Plane fly accuracy

Hi dears,
What is the accuracy of the flight control in plane mode in the best situation, and particularly the accuracy of the plane for holding the height?
Thanks

Lots of variables to the answer. Are you using corrected GNSS such as RTK? Are you using sonar or LIDAR?

What kind of accuracy do you need? X and Y, or X,Y, and Z?

With a well tuned plane, an RTK system and LIDAR I don’t see why you can’t have cm level accuracy in all axis. But that will take lots of time and money to get dialed in.

Out of the box, with just a GPS and stock barometer you should be good within a few meters. (Again, properly tuned plane and flying conditions)

Thank you so much for your reply,
We have a SkyWalker plane And we do not have Lidar and RTK modules on our plane. We need 2 meters accuracy in the Z-direction, so as the condition we have, we want to have just a auto tune for our plane, Do you think is it ok according to this situation for this accuracy?

If you need it to be so strict then you should consider a LIDAR or some kind of range finder to supplement the barometer and GPS. Your tuning will need to be perfect (beyond basic auto tune) and you will need to take reaction time in account when planning missions.
