nothing obvious in the logs just looks like it failed to meet its desired angles, particularly in pitch. Looks like you attempted a auto take off. Have you tested it flys in manual and FBWA? Could be a reversed contol surface or bad cg or just a bad tune. You might well find someone has posted parameters for the buffalo on the forum.
