Pixhawk v2.1 flying great in auto...then bad crash

So I’m testing out a pixhawk v2.1 on AC 3.5.2 and it was flying an auto mission just fine until just after the 2nd waypoint when it totally pitched to where it wasn’t supposed to go and started flying away. I switched to stabilize but that didn’t seem to help it and it hit a tree in my backyard. Any help diagnosing what went wrong would be much appreciated! Log attached. auto_test_cras.zip (535.3 KB)
