if you are confused whether the fault is with the pixhawk or power module…i suggest u to use the receiver to power the flight controller…take an esc, connect it to receiver and then connect the receiver to battery,now its time to connect the receiver to pixhawk’s rc channel and boom…the pixhawk is on
