Pixhawk motor balance

After analyzing the logs, I get this error. Is there any solution?
Currently the motor uses air gear 350. And I’m using pixhawk2.

Test: Motor Balance = FAIL - Motor channel averages = [1558, 1537, 1405, 1376]
Average motor output = 1469
Difference between min and max motor averages = 182

Make sure your esc’s are all correctly calibrated and the centre of gravity is in the middle of all the rotors.

esc calibration has already been done several times. And C.G held it.

Auto Analysis isn’t the best tool for this. Post a link to the .bin log file.
