Pixhawk got switch off in mid-air?

My plane got crashed somehow and when i check at log viewer last altitude data on pixhawk(i used pixhawk 2.4.8) at 150m, is that mean pixhawk got switch off mid-air or got reset somehow? I already checked the battery after crash and the voltage still 15v+ (4s), can anyone give me insight about this?

Hmm u think this is because hardware failure? Power module distribution voltage or pixhawk itself for example
