PIXHAWK calibration with ZTW ESC + EMAX2213

Hey folks,

I have met problem with calibrating ZTW ESC with EMAX 2213 935 kv using Pixhawk FC.

On the beginning I am gonna show my connection to single ESC + MOTOR.

My FS-i6x transmitter is switched to PPM mode + iBUS. I have got throttle on CH3. Whenever I am trying to calibrate I have such behavior:

We hear beep, I am using safety button to arm, but after connecting battery once again moving throttle up & down doesn’t have an effect.

I have stucked here 4th day. Tried to reverse throttle,

Do you have mission planner connected? It will show you if you’re actually getting pwm changes on the output chanel of the fc when you are moving the stick. You have to chase through the control, make sure the rc inpit is working to fc, make sure output is working to esc etc

Yes, I have. I see PWM changes in Radio Calibration tab. Is that what are you talking about :)?

I wonder if there is possibility to check only ESC visibility in Mission Planner without connecting Motor?

So you can verify the flight controller is receiving the data from the rx but what about the pwm outputs? Have you verified the values change for your esc connected chanel of the fc ?

Use the semi-automatic ESC calibration procedure
