Pixhawk and large scale multicopter?

I am building a 1300 class quad with motor U8 k100 tmotors with 28 inch props. I would like to use pixhawk.

Can pixhawk run this type of system. I don’t want to go DJI A2

If so is there anyone that can get me started on PID’s for this monster, as I would rather not crash on my first flight.
