Pixhawk 2.1 wiring question

I have a Pixhawk 2.1 that jsut came in and I am going through the manual and diagrams the carrier does not match up with the diagrams.

The layout is very different. There is no place to plug in the buzzer and the reset switch is on the GPS1 cable which seems odd. I am connecting a Piksi v2 to the unit but not even sure if the pinout is correct since the external diagrams do not match up.

Any help would be appreciated.

The buzzer connects into the USB socket (not sure why its labelled like this) and yes, the reset switch for some reason is on the GPS 1 cable - if you dont want the reset switch you can use the GPS2 cable.
