Hi, I have a new power brick which came with Pixhawk 2.1, Which connector is for the battery (input) and which one is the output to be connected to ESC’s.

Do you mean “which of the big yellow xt60 connectors is which?” If that’s your question, take a look at this picture of a battery:

From thinking about the xt60 connectors as shown in the pictures, you’d see that the battery plugs into the connector pictured on the RIGHT side of your power-brick picture, and the ESC would connect into the LEFT side.
