I am building the power supply system for my new octocopter, and have installed two power distribution boards from where I can fan out the ESCs, with four XT60 plugs to accommodate for S4 LiPo batteries.
So, I have come to the power supply module for the Pixhawk, and aside from the power, current and voltage sensors it has XT60 power in and power out plugs. On the Pos + rail there looks like a big fat carbon resistor marked 0m25.
Do the motors all need to be powered through this module, or can I disconnect the out plug and simply use the module as a power supply to the controller, with separate feed of the distribution boards to the 8 ESCs?
