Pixhawk 2.1 and cube : problems to connect pc w10

My problem : connect pixhawk 2.1 cube to pc win 10 .mission planner is last version and drivers.msi is installerd .

@Jean_Luc_Picourlat It looks like maybe you need to reinstall the bootloader on your pixhawk. @proficnc should be able to help too.
