Pitch damping during cruise in auto mode, after upgrading the firmware

Hi,

Recently I’ve upgraded my quad plane firmware from 4.3.8 to 4.5.1.

After upgrading, it started oscillating during cruise in auto mode. I believe there shouldn’t be any tuning affect after upgradation.
Before upgrading the firmware:

Later, I’ve modified the following param values
TECS_PTCH_DAMP from 0 to 0.3
TECS_INTEG_GAIN from 0.1 to 0.3

Then, my aircraft stopped oscillating.
But, I’m not sure this is the right solution that was causing the damping.
Can anybody tell why it happened after upgrading and is it the right solution?
