If you build from source, quite a few. I am not use which versions of linux supported, but at a rough guess it’s OSX 10.10, Linux Ubuntu 14.04LTS & current RedHat version. Windows 7 and Windows 8 (in classic mode) no WinRT support.
APM Planner, with supports the APM configuration etc… is the same and downloads can be made from ardupilot.com/downloads/?category=35
