Optitrack with ArduCopter

I have been trying to localise my QuadCopter using Optitrack motion capture system indoors without using a GPS. I did all the steps as mentioned here

I set all the parameters and the Server and Client IPs. However I am not able to understand what does “Save and build the project.” mean.

Any help will be highly appreciated.

Found it

It was a single command - “optitrack start”

Although it is working well while on the same system but when accessing remotely via network or LAN it gives error: “Service temporarily unavailable”.
