Only 3D Fix and Gps float - never 3D RTK

Hello,
I use a “u-blox M8p” GNSS Modul on my copter with a base ground station. The connection with mission planner is successfull, and the system have enough satelites.
MY PROBLEM:
The flyview in mission planner are show only 3D Fix and Gps float - never 3D RTK?

Did you setup the base station correctly ?
