Is there anywhere else that one can read detailed instructions as to how to us saved map tiles on an Android device using Driodplanner or Tower?

But I cannot get the maps to load, having done as instructed…
It is inferred that there is already a ‘maps’ directory under …\emulated\0\Driodplanner but there isn’t in fact. (Galaxy Note 3). So I made one and unzipped the files into it as instructed. Set the Droidplanner to ‘Use ofline maps’ in maps preferences in settings. Doesn’t work… Am I missing something?
Mine are in Internal Storage/DroidPlanner/Maps.
Each application is in a folder and can only use that folder. The maps can be copied from Mission Planner.
