OctaQuad Log Review

Hello all,

I would like if I could have some fellow people review my logs from some flights yesterday. I am testing some new systems out on AC 3.5, but I don’t have a ton of experience with reviewing logs.

The drone is taking off, then hovering above a landing zone (which is a pool of water), then lands. After switching to stabilize, the drone takes off then is manually flown to home.

Thanks!

Just a few observations:

Are you measuring current?
The current values are not valid but the voltage shows large drops in flight.
What rating is the battery and how many amps are you drawing?

The Vcc on the flight controller is also showing large variations and dipping as low as 3.8v
Thats probably worth looking into.

The RCout is near max 1800 for most of the flight.
This might indicate over weight/under powered.
How does it handle?
Does the wind disturb it much?

Your Z Vibes are spiking to 80 at times.
While this is not major it is probably worth looking into.

Just my 2c worth.

Thank you for all the input! I am noticing the same things and we had some issues in our flight yesterday which I think applies to some of your comments and to our CG. I will look into them and send you an update if we fix them.

What program are you using to review the logs?
