Obstacle Avoidance w/ Circular Extrusion Fence

I have noticed that when an OA_TYPE is chosen and AVOID_ENABLE is enabled - the aircraft pauses at each waypoint before moving onto the next. It is as if it is “scanning” for obstacles before planning its on move. I would like to utilize the newly impressive path planning method - but unfortunately with avoidance enabled it stops at the waypoint regardless of its radius size.

Just wanted to know if there was any parameter that could change the above behavior. Also, OA_TYPE 1 and 2 do not work for me with AC 4.1.3.
