Observing oscillations in loiter mode post autotune when stopped in pitch and roll axis

Hello, I have tuned a copter applying FFT filters , after tuning in loiter mode it flys good but when we accelerate in pitch and roll axes and leave a stick there is a oscillations more in pitch axis compared to roll axis. can any please analyse my logs and suggest me to correct it.
