I have swapped back to my RPlidar A2, and that seems to work, albeit - not good in bright sunlight. So ideally i need to get the Lightware sf45b working…
@Marsjt your OA DB parameters are set wrong.
OA_DB_SIZE = 0 means the database is disbaled so BendyRuler has no obstacles to process
OA_DB_EXPIRE = 0 means obstacles never leave the DB which is terrible for most use cases
OA_DB_QUEUE_SIZE = 1 is again too low for a sensor like SF45B which is sending 100’s of obstacle info to the DB
I think it should work if you revert to original parameters for your DB and bendyruler
