Not working simple object avoidance

I’m running rover with Pixhawk orange and SF11c lidar for simple object avoidance.
I tried this before with copter which works fine but rover is not.
It doesn’t stop in front of the obstacle which i set avoid_dist = 3m
I also can see the PRX(led line) , and it looks like lidar work properly.
please look at the log and parameter and give advice.
