Not use autonomous rover

I have a RC Car, Pixhawk 2.1, Futaba 14sg remote control.
I wantto use this car two purpose.

  1. I want to use it with the remote control, but the car engines need to be connected to Pixhawk’s pin(main out). how to set
    how can ı get signal pixhawk main out pins ??
  2. I want to use autonomous,gps.
