I ve a Matek F405 wing with S input. S1 S2 S3 S4 S5 S6 S7 S8
Excuse my question but ESC is plugged on S1 or S2.
The other pads are for servos
On Ardupilot “Servo Output”, I ve #1 throttle #3elevon right #3 elevon left…
Servos move correctly but I wonder if I m right ?

You can assign motors or servos to any output. It’s not true that S1&2 are only for motors and the rest for servo’s. People use these boards on Multirotors with S1-S4 outputs. Sometimes there is consideration for channel timing groups but you won’t have that problem. What you have is fine.
