No throttle response

I have an APM 2.6 that when I move the throttle up the props wont spin unless throttle is moved up and yaw or roll is added. Thats the only time I can get the props to spin. When I go into controller set up in Mission Planner it shows that when I move the throttle gimbal up it is responding just no prop spin. (It is armed when attempting)

Everything was working fine before. All I did was move all the components from one frame to a new frame and throttle quit.

If it all worked before I would check the throttle wiring. Have you updated FW or made any other change to the radio setup?

Have exact issue you describe in your post. Did you ever solve this? I am building a tricopter, if that makes any difference.
