No servo gimbal in V4.5.1

Servo gimbal not work since ArduPlane V4.5.1
With ArduPlane V4.4.4 and older it is okay.
Is that intended?

(Haven’t changed anything else, just new firmware.)

Hardware: MATEK F405-MiniTE

I just checked it with my copter. It is exquipped with a PixHawk 4 Mini, a two-axis servo gimbal and has been upgraded to version 4.5.1 recently. However, I didn’t yet fly it fpv since the update. On the desk all works as expected, the servos react on copter movement. So the reason seem to be specific to your setup.

Hardware-setup?

ArduPlane V4.5.1 or ArduCopter V4.5.1?

Gimbal support for your FC isn’t included in 4.5, you’ll need to build a custom fw here.

No problem. There have been lots of new features added, you should be able to just remove the components you don’t use and have more than enough space to enable gimbal support.
