No reason Flight mode keep changing to RTL from Auto

Hexa copter flying in Auto mode for agriculture spraying pattern its Agri drone.
but in-between the auto flight mode automatically changing to RTL with No reason like Radio, GCS,EKF or Battery failsafe.
i have not seen any reason for changing flight mode to RTL.

here is the flight log for the same.

Your RC channel 5 is changing which causing switch to RTL. Check your radio setting and switches.

it seems manually switching by the pilot or its changed by automatic?

Perhaps remove RTL from the Chan5 Mode switch(s) and use an Aux Channel so your pilot doesn’t make this mistake? Auto>RTL>Loiter>Auto Repeat…
