my pixhawk 4 quad copter was working fine till last week
but after 1 week when im trying to power on in position hold mode i cant able to get satellite communication GPS lock as not happening

There is not enough information to make an informed suggestion.
Post pictures, software versions, go outside, etc… and then post it all here.

actually i solved the problem
the GPS serial port 3 was selected as Lidar 360 in parameters, then i changed to GPS
now its working fine
but im facing another issue in manual flight
in 4 motors any 1 motor is rotating slowly some times
due to this while pitching forward the drones altitude is getting lowered
