No channel movement in radio calibration

Hey,
Having trouble setting up my receiver on my plane.

Parts:
Jumper t16
R-xsr
Speedybee f405 wing app

How its wired: (suggested from a reddit user using the same receiver & FC)
Receiver: FC:
GND GND
3.5v-10v 4v5
SBUS out SBUS
Un-inverted S.port TX1

Mission Planner Params I changed:
set SERIAL1_PROTOCOL=10
set SERIAL2_PROTOCOL=23
checked BRD_ALT_CONFIG=0

Lights on receiver:
Solid Blue
Flashing red when transmitter off
Solid Green when transmitter on

I get telemetry lost / recovered call outs when I power off the receiver and plug it back in.

Problem Iā€™m having:
When I go to:
Setup => Mandatory Hardware => Radio Calibration
None of the green bars move as I move the sticks on my radio.

that page is for quad flight controllers,
I have read through the F405 WING documentation and still am struggling to any results.
Thanks for your help anyway!
