New quad fail after switching into Alt-Hold

Hi all i took my first ArduPilot quad out for test and tune first flight took off got to nice height put into Alt hold then with aux switch into autotune it finished auto tune landed it
Next flight took off got to about 30m up put into Alt hold form stabilize well all hell broke out no control fell like brick to its death
looking at the logs looks like esc failed can some of you guru’s take a look at bin

I see motor 4 being commanded to full throttle and then Motor 2 dropping to zero throttle to compensate suggesting motor 4 wasn’t supplying thrust.

i just finished rebuilding it after the crash
new esc and motors
well it fell out of the sky like a brick again

well i now say the cube is the issue RIP cube
