Never receiving reset password email

Hello, I am posting from a new account that I created so that I can access the forum. My issue is that I am unable to reset the password on my existing account due to the error I outline below. I have sent several emails to : admin@ardupilot.org about this but have never received any response (and nothing in my spam or other folders).

Hello ArduPilot admins,

I am unable to log into my discuss.ardupilot.org account; I have tried my username (BenderCigar) and my email (michaelbender@me.com) with no success. I have tried the "Forgot password” link for both of those and the website tells me that an email has been sent to my inbox with instructions on how to reset my password but an email never arrives in my inbox or spam/junk folder or any other folders associated with my email address. Can you help please.
