Neopixel stops working after upgrade

Hi on my copter there are 2 sets of 4 Neopixel strips each strip is plugged into a separate aux output on a cube black flight controller. This setup was working before an update to the latest version of Arducopter and a change of GPS to Here 2 on CAN. What have I missed

Try reverting the GPS change and re-testing.
What was the previous version you used?

@amilcarlucas reverted back to 4.0.4 and loaded the parameter file from that build. But the Neopixels are not working, Check the power supply and they have five volts, swapped the neopixels over for another set and still no joy.

Any suggestions would be welcome

Did you reverted the GPS change?
I do not think that it is a parameter nor a FW issue.
