Need Help With U Blox Connection, updating here 3 firmware

I am trying to flash my here 3 and update the firmware on it… I have followed the steps on the here 3 manual all the way to the point where I have opened U Blox and have tried to connect the gps to it with the tcp://127.0.0.1:500 port. When I try to connect it says error. I am able to connect through COM 4 but the update fails every time.

you need to select “legacy FW update” and it will work.

It is still failing to update… I am only able to connect to the gps through COM 4 and not the tcp port.
