Need HELP for my first drone

Hi there! Im building my first drone and one motor work faster than other one, then it turns and doesn’t fly. I’m using APM 2.8, motors, and ESC READYTOSKY. I switch motors and ESC and nothing happened. Could somebody help me?

Replace the APM with a Flight Controller that is supported by current Ardupilot. There are many.

And make sure that the drone is not too heavy for the motors you have.

Use ecalc multirotor to calculate appropriate Battery, ESC, Motor and propeller combination.
