My Pixhawk does not arm well, firmware error. Please help

Hi.
I had a problem with my Pixhawk 2.4.8 that I do not know how to solve 100% to make it perfect.
Before to fly the green leed flashing, now it turns yellow flashing and a melody sounds, which I think says it is in Failsafe. In the Standard Params option I have unchecked the option Loggin Avalible, and by hitting the switch of the Pixhawk then he puts the green leed and arms, and starts the engines. If this Valid Loggin box the frame does not work. I have removed the micro SD and I have formatted it, but I have not achieved anything … I have changed the micro SD card and I still have the problem.
Does anyone know how to fix it?

Goo day,
if you have change the sd card better you re-install the firmware and all the params,
For the Arm Checks to Perform better you select All so the software will check if your system is healty.
About the safety switch you can check it in Full parameters List and in the search window type Safety, just check how you have set these params BRD_SAFETY_MASK, BRD_SAFETYENABLE
