My drone also flipped 180 deg and crashed

Hello,

it’s another case when drone flipped 180 deg and crashed. Drone was flying in PosHold mode more than 30 min. It’s 7" tubular frame long range quad. It has some problems with vibrations probably due to frame construction. But the end phase of the flight was smooth enough. It looks like a firmware bug or drone destruction.

Can you help me to find the cause of crash? Log file is attached. FC is Matek H743-SLIM V3.

Sorry to hear about your crash. It looks like you lost Motor3.

Thank you. All motors seem to be fine after crash. But the nut on Motor3 was loosed. Prop on Motor3 is CW so this could happen in flight not in crash. Very possible cause.
