Mro pixracer pro to jetson xavier nx

i tried following the tx1/2 to pixhawk companion computer instructions and the connection doesn’t seem to work.
when i connect the pixracer pro and jetson xavier nx using the usb to usb-c port and run the mavproxy GCS the connection works fine.
but when i connect it to telemetry 2 and jetson rx-tx the maxproxy GCS doesnt give a heartbeat no matter what port i try to run it from…
