Moving Baseline = RTK?

I wonder below link’s beacon’s position accuracy is RTK level.

is the moving baseline GPS(two GPS)'s accucracy same with land base-station RTK?

I wonder why everyone does not use two GPS RTK on the vehicle, and use base station on land.

Two GPS devices on the vehicle provide accurate YAW, but not accurate (RTK) position.

For accurate RTK position you need a fixed (non-moving) RTK base GPS receiver on the ground.

That is the reason why everybody uses a fixed RTK basestation or a NTRIP server connection.
