Mount Not Healthy, when MNT1_TYPE set to 11 (Viewpro) on OrangeCube

I installed the viewpro camera on OrangeQube with copter 4.5.3, then I set the parameters following the viewpro gimbal documentation instructions, but it always shows mount not healthy on missionplanner? I’m new to this, do I need other parameter settings?
