Hi Salah, I did not re-flash my ESC. Just changed my settings as reported above, using QGrounstation. The firmware I flash is pixhawk6c not the one with the extension bdshot. My battery is a Hacker 4S 5000 mAh.
PS remark: when I assembled the holybro kit I had to calibrate the esc. 1 motor was not spinning. Calibration solved this issue.

Thank you for your quick responses. I managed to solve the issue with the motor spin, and I believe it’s a common problem that many new users of the Holybro kit might encounter. The issue was with the connection of the ESC cable to the PXM OUT. Although I had plugged the cable in the correct order, I accidentally reversed the cable’s orientation, which prevented the motors from receiving power. After correcting the cable orientation, everything worked perfectly.
I recommend that other users pay attention to this detail and always use a power checker to verify connectivity.
