Motors stop during auto takeoff

I’m starting to test MAVlink-based offboard and mission control (9’ frame, speedybee F405). I use SiK radio for telemetry, connection is stable. Manual flight works fine, no problems during takeoff or landing.
But when I try even simple missions (takeoff_and_land.py example from MAVSDK-Python https://github.com/mavlink/MAVSDK-Python/blob/main/examples/takeoff_and_land.py), drone successfully arms, takeoff to ~0.3-0.5m height and then motors are turned off. All these takes less than a second. It looks more like a jump.
